As part of my graduate program component, I had an opportunity to work with Volunteers in Asia (VIA) along with other four MIIS students. We helped them develop a marketing and recruitment plan for their Silicon Exposure Programs. The plan outlined the previous and current situation of the organization in terms of program implementation, competitor analysis, promotional strategies, a timeline for the new program, and future recommendations. Working with Teaching Assistant Program in France (TAPIF) is another highlight of my graduate program. Teamed up with other two MIIS students, we developed a program recruitment and assessment plan for TAPIF. The report contains the Logic Model Frameworks, design plan, assessment plan, limitations and considerations,  and future recommendations. This report has laid the groundwork for TAPIF to build its alumni network across the nation and possibly in a global scale later in its development.
